Run a full-month PTA fundraiser without the auction-night burnout.
For PTA presidents, fundraising chairs, and booster club leads. Replace the silent auction marathon with a 31-day calendar that 25 families can co-fundraise on at once.
Why we built this training.
Auctions, fun runs, and product catalogs ask 3 volunteers to do everything. Calendar fundraisers ask 25 families to each do a little.
In 60 minutes we will walk the math, the recruit motion, and the 4-week cadence that turns that gap into a plan. Then we will take your questions live.
A 31-day fundraiser you can actually run.
How to recruit 1 fundraiser per classroom or grade — and what to put in the welcome email.
The PTA-friendly goal math: $X goal ÷ 25 fundraisers ÷ 31 days = the per-day ask.
A 4-week parent communication cadence that does not look like a school auction nag.
Live tour of MonthFund: nonprofit Stripe rates, fee-cover toggle, and a public progress page.
Open Q&A: bring your goal, your timeline, your board questions.
The model is repeatable. The work is the recruit.
Calendar fundraising is one of the few formats where a clear goal and a real plan can predict the outcome. We will spend the first 30 minutes on this math; you bring the inputs, we'll work the outputs.
25 families × $32/day average × 31 days ≈ $25K. One classroom-rep model. No silent-auction logistics.

Mohamed has helped schools, faith communities, mutual aid groups, and grassroots campaigns plan calendar fundraisers for the last two years. He built MonthFund after watching organizers spend more time chasing pledges than running their cause.
Common questions
Not necessarily. Many PTAs run a calendar fundraiser as a spring "no-event" alternative or as the recruit engine that funds the auction afterward. Bring your event lineup; we will sketch where it fits.
Yes. Everyone who registers gets the recording, the slides, and the 31-Day Playbook even if you cannot attend live. The Q&A portion is the most valuable part, though, so we strongly recommend showing up.
Not at all. About half of attendees are organizers who have never run a calendar fundraiser. The playbook works whether you use MonthFund, a spreadsheet, or pen and paper.
Save your seat for Wednesday.
Free, 60 minutes, recorded. Even if you cannot attend live, register and we will send you the playbook and the recording the next morning.
