The situation

Why we built this training.

You have a number to hit and a month to do it. Most organizers spend the first two weeks guessing and the last two weeks scrambling.

In 60 minutes we will walk the math, the recruit motion, and the 4-week cadence that turns that gap into a plan. Then we will take your questions live.

What you'll walk away with

A 31-day fundraiser you can actually run.

1

The calendar-math goal-setting model: pick a target, back into a fundraiser count, hit it on purpose.

2

A copy-paste recruit script that turns 1 organizer into 25 fundraisers in under two weeks.

3

The week-by-week 31-day launch cadence (with the exact day to send the “mid-month push”).

4

Live walk-through of MonthFund: how to set up, share, and track without learning new software.

5

Open Q&A: bring your numbers, your timeline, your hesitations. We will work them in real time.

The math

The model is repeatable. The work is the recruit.

Calendar fundraising is one of the few formats where a clear goal and a real plan can predict the outcome. We will spend the first 30 minutes on this math; you bring the inputs, we'll work the outputs.

$25K

A team of 25 fundraisers averaging $32/day for 31 days clears $25K. The math is repeatable; the recruit motion is the work.

FAQ

Common questions

Will this be a sales pitch?

No. The first 30 minutes is the playbook itself — the same model we share with paying customers. We do a 2-minute MonthFund walk-through so you know what the tool looks like, then open the floor.

Will it be recorded?

Yes. Everyone who registers gets the recording, the slides, and the 31-Day Playbook even if you cannot attend live. The Q&A portion is the most valuable part, though, so we strongly recommend showing up.

Do I need to be a MonthFund customer?

Not at all. About half of attendees are organizers who have never run a calendar fundraiser. The playbook works whether you use MonthFund, a spreadsheet, or pen and paper.

Free, 60 minutes, recorded. Even if you cannot attend live, register and we will send you the playbook and the recording the next morning.
