A transparent fundraiser your network will trust.
For mutual aid coordinators, organizers, and collective treasurers. Run a 31-day funding calendar that puts every dollar on a public progress page — without a 501(c)(3).
Why we built this training.
Mutual aid funding lives or dies on trust. Calendar fundraisers make every day, every dollar, and every fundraiser visible by default.
In 60 minutes we will walk the math, the recruit motion, and the 4-week cadence that turns that gap into a plan. Then we will take your questions live.
A 31-day fundraiser you can actually run.
Public-progress framing: every claim, every fundraiser, every total visible.
Coordinator-free recruit motion: any member can run their own calendar.
A respectful, no-overhead cadence (no email-blast carpet-bombing).
Live tour of MonthFund: Stripe direct deposit, fee-cover, no 501(c)(3) required.
Open Q&A: bring your collective structure and your funding needs.
The model is repeatable. The work is the recruit.
Calendar fundraising is one of the few formats where a clear goal and a real plan can predict the outcome. We will spend the first 30 minutes on this math; you bring the inputs, we'll work the outputs.
Donors can cover the 2.9% Stripe + 3% MonthFund fee, so 100% of the calendar total reaches the collective.

Common questions
No. The first 30 minutes is the playbook itself — the same model we share with paying customers. We do a 2-minute MonthFund walk-through so you know what the tool looks like, then open the floor.
Yes. Everyone who registers gets the recording, the slides, and the 31-Day Playbook even if you cannot attend live. The Q&A portion is the most valuable part, though, so we strongly recommend showing up.
Not at all. About half of attendees are organizers who have never run a calendar fundraiser. The playbook works whether you use MonthFund, a spreadsheet, or pen and paper.
