FAQ

Common questions

Answers about the accountability tracker and fundraiser management.

A fundraiser accountability tracker is a planning tool that helps organizers monitor each community fundraiser's calendar progress. It tracks days claimed, days left, amount raised, last check-in date, and whether a thank-you has been sent. It's a manual tool for organizer planning—not a live dashboard.

No. This is a standalone planning tool. Enter numbers manually from your MonthFund dashboard, paper tracking, or spreadsheets. It's designed for weekly check-in meetings where you review progress with your team and plan follow-ups.

Hold weekly check-ins with your fundraising team. Update each fundraiser's days claimed and amount raised. Note the last check-in date so you know who needs a nudge. Mark thank-yous as sent so no one falls through the cracks.

Fill-Rate Planner

Days Claimed is how many days on their calendar have been taken (0–31). Amount Claimed is the total raised so far. A full 31-day calendar at face value is $496 (Day 1 = $1, Day 31 = $31). Over-gives can push the amount higher than face value.

Yes. Click Download CSV to export the tracker as a spreadsheet. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet software. The CSV includes all columns plus your organization and campaign name in the header.

Fundraisers need recognition. Tracking thank-yous ensures every person who helped gets acknowledged—whether that's a personal text, a public shout-out, or a small gift. Organizations that thank well get repeat volunteers.

Yes. The accountability tracker is free to use. Print it, download as PNG or CSV, and use it in your planning meetings. MonthFund is optional—it adds live tracking and automated thank-yous when you run digital campaigns.
