Donors see the fee, understand where it goes, and can cover it in one click. Because it is clearly explained, the vast majority choose to, meaning your organization receives 100% of their intended gift. Stripe card processing is charged separately (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, or 2.2% + $0.30 for many nonprofits).
Yes. Community is free to launch. Donors cover a 3% infrastructure fee at checkout, so your organization keeps 100% of what they intend to give. When your volume grows, upgrade to Professional ($49/mo, 1% fee) or Network ($199/mo, 0% fee) in about a minute. Your subscription covers more of our cost, lowering the per-donation infrastructure fee and unlocking more features.
Annual billing is two months free versus paying monthly all year. Professional is $49/mo when billed monthly or $490/yr (about $41/mo). Network is $199/mo when billed monthly or $1,990/yr (about $166/mo). You are charged once per year on annual plans and can cancel before renewal; access continues through the paid period.
On Professional and Network, you can keep multiple campaigns live at the same time. Community includes one active campaign at a time (you can archive or switch anytime). Each campaign has its own calendar, participants, and reporting.
Unlimited campaigns allow you to run a Multi-Calendar Stack. Instead of one general fund, you can run simultaneous, targeted calendars for different departments, sports teams, or chapters. It is the fastest way to scale past the single-campaign baseline.
No setup fee on Community or Professional. Network includes a structured onboarding session at no additional cost. There are no hidden fees at any tier.
