Share a Pick a Date Fundraiser With Your Circle

Set up your personal calendar in one short step, then invite the people who know why the shared goal matters to you.

What do you need to do next?

Use the guide to understand the work, then choose the action that matches your role and campaign status.

Set up your calendar and share it with your circle

  1. 1. Complete your personal setup

Open the invitation from your organizer, sign in, and add a photo or short introduction if you would like. You can update both later.

Where to find it: Your dashboard then gives you a personal calendar, sharing link, QR code, message templates, and supporter tools.

  2. 2. Share your personal calendar link

Your calendar has a unique link. Start with people who already know you and care about the reason you are helping the group.

Tip: Use the message templates on your Share page, then add one personal sentence about why the goal matters to you.

  3. 3. Use the QR code

Your Share page has a QR code. Show it at events, meetings, or print it on flyers. Supporters scan it to open your calendar.

  4. 4. Share in group chats and social media

After your first 5–10 people, broaden to group chats and social media. Use the Social Kit on your Share page for ready-made, branded Story, Feed, and square graphics. Remind people that days 1–10 are very affordable ($1–$10).

  5. 5. Thank your donors

Personal thank-you messages often lead to referrals. A quick "thank you" text goes a long way.

  6. 6. Share again mid-campaign

Don't share once and stop. Share again halfway through the month as a reminder. Evenings (6–9 PM) and weekends get the most engagement.

Tip: Start with your inner circle, then widen out to group chats and social as the campaign moves forward.
